Brickell Flatiron Signs Utilities Deal For 549 Units

Ugo Colombo has clinched a deal to connect Brickell Flatiron to the county’s water and sewer system.

Under the terms of the agreement signed last week, 549 residential units along with 29,512 square feet of restaurant space will be connected. If construction doesn’t begin within a year, the agreement is void.

A connection charge that is estimated to be $1.08 million is due at the time of construction.

In June, the developers said that they had reservations for nearly 40% of units and were targeting an October groundbreaking.

Yep, 40%… sure. Not with so many better choices, in much better locations.

I actually really appreciate how different the design of this building is. I actually really like it and love how ground floor retail or resturaunt is pretty much standard in towers Downtown as well as other areas.

To me, design looks pretty similar to Aria on the Bay, to me.

Yea I think Aria must have copied Flatiron’s design

The last picture looks a lot like Manhattan!

And the FlatIron building in the picture looks like one of the missing pieces of the puzzle that will complete Brickell’s mature look.

Finally an amazing article reconfirming Ugo’s commitment to the project and putting to bed any negative rumors. Can’t wait for this amazing project to begin construction!!
