Brickell Megaproject 1 Southside Park Looks For Investment From Crowdfunding

1 Southside Park is being advertised on social media in an effort to recruit investors through crowdfunding.

The project is set to become Miami’s single biggest ever rental apartment building with over 1,100 multifamily units.

It will also include a Treehouse hotel, and a significant amount of office space, among other uses.

A representative from developer JDS can be seen in a video promoting the project on Crowdstreet.com.

The website says that investments will open on October 13. There will also be a live webinar on that same day.

Foundation work for the 64-story project is already underway.

Love the design of this project and that it is in West Brickell but still adds to the skyline. Tge crowdfunding doesn’t surprise me. There are so many regular ppl trying to get into investing that I think once it’s out there they will exceed the Expectations.

It’s only 25k min. to invest for a 6yr term with a 20% return. They are crowdsourcing 50% of the project orthorhombic 50% is good to go.

20% over 6 yrs, bfd my S&P 500 index fund has over doubled in the last 6 yrs and is far less risky (500 conpanies invested in versus one crackpot scheme).

So, is it too late to turn the hole in the ground into a swimming pool for the park?

Michael stern and JDS have committed numerous financial crimes against former partners and contractors. Crowdstreet investors should be warned. The sponsors of this project likely will not be a responsible steward of your hard earned capital…
