Brickell’s House Of Wellness Submitted For Site Plan Review

Plans to build a Brickell tower called House Of Wellness have been submitted to the county for site plan review.

House Of Wellness was also submitted for zoning review on February 24 The site plan filing was submitted on March 4.

Plans call for a tower rising approximately 47 stories, or 481 feet.

A modern hotel with 832 lodging units will be housed within the tower. Parking will be located on the lower 9 floors, with 338 parking spaces.

The ground floor will have a lobby with a mail room.

North at Brickell VI LLC is the developer. Studio Mc+G is the architect.

Other developments planned for the same block include the 65-story Calle 8, 43-story Westpine Brickell, 39-story Menesse Brickell, and 43-story/39-story towers at Sentral Brickell.

according to Google maps there’s a horrible building on the location where this tower is going to be built . It would be great if they demolish that crappy building and all the disgusting buildings on SW 9 St west of the metro rail station

They are reporting “on the same block as” rather loosely, unless by on the same block they really mean, one block to the south.

This is on the same block as West Brickell Apartments, an affordable housing project that has to remain as such for many more years to come.
