Brickell's SLS Hotel Just Weeks Away From Welcoming First Guests

Brickell’s SLS Hotel Just Weeks Away From Welcoming First Guests

Brickell is set to welcome a new hotel, with the opening of the SLS hotel set for October 3.

The 124-room hotel is accepting reservations for that date and beyond, with prices starting at $249 per night.

Two restaurants are also included in the project. Michael Schwartz will open Fi’lia, an Italian restaurant, and José Andrés will open Bazaar Mar, a seafood restaurant.

Developer Related Group began planning the project about four years ago, and construction began in early 2014. In addition to hotel rooms, the project includes 450 condos in a 52-story tower.

I like these blue lights so much, that is exactly what makes Miami a magic city.Every building in Brickell, and downtown should have its facades covered with different lights fixtures (I would make it a law).

Right? It looks amazing. Miami is one of the few cities that can full off this sexy, colorful skyline. All buildings over a certain height should light themselves up!!!

Magnificent! They better not forget the over sized SLS sign… been waiting for it since they broke ground. They’ll make an enemy of me if they drop it!!

Bravo for Arquitectonica. Beautiful and fun building. I was pleasantly surprised at how many trees and shrubs they have added.
