Brightline Train Photographed Leaving MiamiCentral For The First Time

A Brightline train has been photographed in downtown Miami for the first time.

The photo of the train was taken as it left MiamiCentral station heading northbound, and uploaded by Reddit user jl_av on Thursday.

It was at least the second time that Brightline has been spotted in Miami-Dade County. On Sunday, a Brightline train was seen in North Miami, which was confirmed to be a testing run by a spokesperson.

A firm start date for the start of revenue service has not been announced yet. Service launch has been delayed as the company works to complete construction at MiamiCentral.

I did not realize that some of the Miami Brightline Railroad tracks are elevated. It will be nice to have the whole system up and running.

Yea, the tracks leading into the downtown Miami station are elevated, which equates to about half of a mile.

Next step – a connection to the beach down 395 and 195! I’m heading to Cali because the current moron gov’t/citizenry couldn’t get it done. I’ll check back in 10 years. Enjoy the horrible traffic Miami Beachers 😉

Wow you managed to go from one bad place to the worst. Cali has the highest rate of income tax, state tax and sales tax in the entire country. While ranking the highest in he last three years Hope you picked a really desolate part of California to live in so you have plenty of open road. If not enjoy even worse levels of traffic. Can’t say we will miss you.
