Construction has commenced on building out office space at MiamiCentral, where leasing activity continues to be robust.
This week, several Notice of Commencements were filed to begin build-out of office spaces at the complex, including for accounting firm Ernst & Young at 2 MiamiCentral and for engineering firm HNTB at 3 MiamiCentral.
At 2 MiamiCentral, 60% of 190,000 square feet of office space has been leased, broker Tere Blance told Miami Today. Prices range from $33 to $35 per square foot.
Blanca said that an announcement will be made before year end on a new 18,000 square foot lease at 3 MiamiCentral, with 66,000 of 96,000 square feet now leased. Prices start at $29 per square foot.
