Bulgari Announces It Will Open Ultra Luxury Hotel In A Historic Miami Beach Building – First In U.S.

Miami Beach is getting a Bulgari hotel, the first for the company in the U.S.

Bulgari Hotel Miami Beach will be the 11th location for the company worldwide, and will open in 2024.

An existing oceanfront 7-story building at 100 21st Street known as the Seagull Hotel (and once a Days Inn) will be restored.

“We are particularly proud to have secured such an extraordinary location for the new Bulgari Hotel in Miami,” said Bulgari Hotels & Resorts CEO Jean-Christophe Babin.

Albert Anis originally designed the building, which was completed in 1950.

According to an architectural database of historic buildings, the design is a mix of Art Deco & MiMo. The Mediterranean revival interior is unique but not original.

Italian architectural firm Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel will oversee the restoration, which will see the room count reduced from 178 rooms to 100, mostly suites.

There will also be an outdoor pool, spa and fitness facilities, and a restaurant and bar from Chef Niko Romito.

Babin said the new hotel would be an ultra luxury experience representing Roman Jeweler Hospitality.

That seems to be the old days inn. A lot of work needs to be done there. It will take several years to have it done. Hopefully by that time Covid is long gone.

True but I don’t think that location is best for an office building.

I’m assuming they are literate enough to figure out a missing letter based on context. There are actually whole game shows dedicated to puzzles like this. Consider it a gift and break from the monotony of your day!

So you just F**ked up and now you wanna use nothing but gibber jabber and point the finger at someone else for people reading to focus on?
