CEO Of Contractor Building Miami’s Tallest Tower Pays $22.5 For Golden Beach Home

An executive of the California-based construction contractor building Miami’s tallest tower has paid $22.5 Million for an oceanfront house in Golden Beach.

Ronald Tutor, who is the CEO of Tutor Perini closed on the home in an off-market deal. It was the highest price ever paid for a home in Golden Beach.

Tutor Perini is the contractor for Tibor Hollo’s 83-story Panorama Tower.

Tutor told the Wall Street Journal that he and his wife love Miami.
