Downtown Miami is getting its first Chick-fil-A, at MiamiCentral.
Permits have already been issued and construction was underway as of last week. A total of 2,948 square feet will be built out, according to the permit.
According to a Notice of Commencement, the operator is Phillips Concessions LLC, managed by Ramona Hall. The company also controls JFC Management, which runs MiamiCentral’s Einstein Bagels and is building a Starbucks next to the Tri-Rail station entrance.
