Two brokers who are marketing the Epic East site at 300 E. Biscayne Blvd. claim that 90 groups have already expressed interest in the property, with two bids exceeding $100 million.
A MUSP permitting a 609-foot building with 596 residential units was approved for the site in 2004. Under the newer Miami 21 zoning code, a taller building could be built on the site with up to 1,250 units, but it would add restrictions on square footage and design constraints.
Property owners Ugo Colombo and Diego Lowenstein are ‘holding off on responding until all the offers are on the table’ the brokers told the DBR.
