A South American buyer has offered to pay the full $37 million asking price for the penthouse at Echo Brickell, according to Property Markets Group, the developer of the project (via The New York Times).
If sold at that price, it would easily break the record for a residential sale in Brickell. The contract has not yet been signed, according to the paper.
PMG is marketing the two-floor, four-bedroom unit as the ‘Carlos Ott Penthouse.’ The unit includes 10,100 square feet of indoor space, along with 3,518 square feet of terraces. It will have a pool, gym, and service suite.
Construction at Echo Brickell is already underway.
