Closings Are Underway At 58-Story SLS Lux In Brickell

The first residents at Brickell’s 450-unit SLS Lux in now have their keys.

Developer Related Group began closings at the beginning of April, county records show.

The ground-floor has a a $3 million Botero sculpture in front of S-Bar and Katsuya Restaurant. There will also be a Joe & the Juice on the ground floor. On the 9th floor, there is an amenity deck including a pool open to both residents and hotel guests, a poolfront bar, and fitness center. A separate pool and lounge will be located on the rooftop.

All units in the building have already been pre-sold. The hotel is expected to open later this month.

Completion took about 40 months, with groundbreaking in December 2014.

Will the rooftop lounge be a public venue or for private residences? Would be great to have more rooftop venues

love to see all that traffic…sign that times are changing.
More cars = more people = better retail = more pedestrians.

Agree. Now, I would like them to take this kind of livelihood all the way up to at least north forty second street and North Miami ave.

Nice! .. But to attach a sign to a work of art like that is like destroying the work of the artist.

I liked it but the exterior could be more high end, and also the units are too small. The living rooms have huge columns, people will have to be very creative to layout furniture.

the noise coming from this building is ridiculous. There is some sort of problem with the vent systems. Their LUX pool deck and tennis court would be hard to enjoy with that noise.
