Closings Now Underway At The Bond On Brickell

Closings Now Underway At The Bond On Brickell

Another Brickell condo project has been successfully completed.

Records show that the first condo units in The Bond On Brickell were deeded over to their new owners this week.

The Bond includes 328 units in a 43-story tower designed by NBWW of Coral Gables.

The project broke ground about 31 months ago, with Coastal Construction as contractor. Site work began in January 2014, with the foundation pour in June 2014.

The developer is MDR of Spain (also owner of another development site in Brickell). Rilea Group is project manager.

Atrocious. Even the neighboring 1060Brickell, built 10 years ago, looks more modern and more interesting.

The building is pretty good on the inside. See one of the listings for the appt. The builder has put in quality materials

Hate to say it, but it looks bland, boring and so typical of a lot of the new construction in Miami. But location is pretty good so hoping it will succeed.

Cookie cutter, run of the mill, typical Miami condo tower…yawn. Land underneath is far more valuable than the structure itself.
