That kids’ room is going to remind all of the mothers how sad their boobs are after breastfeeding.

Love the idea they catered families. I think downtown needs to attract more young families and not only single people in order to really transform the area. We need to see new school infrastructure, parks filled with kids so when single populations gets married, they still want to stay downtown.

for a penthouse it does not look impressive at all… kind of blah my college dorm kitchen was bigger than that.

That unit is not a PH. Considering it was bought for $411K, the finishes look better that Related for that price point..

I don’t like the facing of the cabinets in the kitchen. too much off white, and I think that the glare from the windows opposite would get annoying. all in all the unit just seems washed out in color scheme. but whatever these will probably stay empty and get flipped a million and a half times.

Good value for the price. Units will get filled very fast!. Look at the inventory of SLS, Millecento, BCC and all the new buildings… everything is rented.

Lol not a single picture of the exterior of the building itself…shows how little people care about architecture and why there is so much bad or just non-architecture in all these new Miami buildings.

This speaks more to the Realtor or journalist than it does to the building.
