Closings Are Underway At SLS Brickell, With At Least 46 Units Already Deeded Over

Related Group is moving quickly to deed over condos at the 52-story SLS Brickell to their new owners.

Records show that closings began on October 28. Since then, at least 46 units have closed (the tower includes 450 units).

How much did the buyer of unit 3401 (featured on TNM last week with an asking price of $1.25 million) pay for his unit? While the sales price for that condo hasn’t yet been recorded, unit 3501 sold for $915,900, while unit 3201 sold for $863,900.

Closed 2 of my clients units last week and they couldn’t be any happier!! Heard they have closed close to 150 units in 2 weeks, closing office was packed last week…takes sometime to post the closings in County records.

Bldg looks amazing, fabulous restaurants, super cool pool deck and and incredible resident only pool deck on the 54th floor .

Your clients are gonna be very pissed off you sold them overpriced condos at the peak of the market. There are 14K condos for sale in Miami-Dade, it’ll be another decade before prices get back to the levels they paid. In the meantime, operating costs will eat them up alive.

Does it bother anyone else that there are a few blue lights already not lighting up anymore? or is it my OCD? lol

That’s what you get when Related develops your building.

The 5 foot wide sidewalk next to this tall tower is some of the worst planning and landscape design I’ve ever seen. City of Miami was sure to include many obstacles within the right of way.

To all the buyers: better hold on to these overpriced condos for at least a good decade or else be left with no choice but to sell at a loss…

False. We’ll look like a real city when we have real jobs, infrastructure, etc. This is just another Miami condo

Looks great. But with that closing pace, won’t it take 6 months to get everyone closed?

Not only that, not everyone will close. Some are walking away from the deposits. Look at how many have hit the re-sale listings.
