North Beach’s 72 Park condo tower has obtained its TCO and reached completion, with residents moving in.
90 Percent of the building has been sold, according to the developer. Remaining units are priced from the $800,000s.
72 Park includes 206 luxury condo units, allowing short term rental flexibility.
The building has a 360-degree rooftop with a sundeck and dining spaces.
There’s 64,000 square feet of amenities, including a 35,000-square-foot amenity deck. A parking garage has 326 spaces.
New York pizzeria Roberta’s will occupy the ground floor. There will also be a Mediterranean restaurant and coffee shop.
Built Form is the architect. Interior design is by Urban Robot Associates.
Lefferts is the developer.
In addition to 72 Park, Lefferts is planning three additional North Beach projects: PALMA Miami Beach Residences, 72 Carlyle, and a new project at 880 71st Street.
PALMA, a 14-story building with 126 fully furnished turnkey residences, is planned to break ground later this year and has sold more than 30% of its units already.
72 Carlyle is planned as a 134-unit, 19-story luxury condominium with units starting at $1.8 million, and 880 71st Street will be a boutique four-story, 36-unit residential and mixed-use condominium.
