Construction At Downtown Miami’s 51-Story Natiivo Tower Reaches Level 5, Live-Stream Camera Added

Downtown Miami’s Natiivo Tower is now at level 5 of construction, and the developers have added a live stream camera.

A photo taken this week by Ryan RC Rea shows the progress that shell contractors have made since vertical construction began in late summer.

There’s also now a live stream camera to watch construction in real time, and a time-lapse feature.

According to plans submitted by the developer, there will only be three levels of parking (on levels 2, 3 and 4). That means that the shell of the parking levels is now nearly complete.

In total, the building’s podium will have nine levels, with office space on levels 5 through 8.

The 51-story tower will include:

  • 100 Gale hotel rooms
  • 140 Gale hotel-condo units (for sale)
  • 127 Creative HQ office condos
  • 448 residential condos
  • 70,000 square feet of amenities curated by LDV Hospitality
  • A ground-floor Italian market and restaurant called Dolce Mercato, and Bodega

The condo units are fully pre-sold.

I really love the introduction of brick to the palette of this area. Miami could use a bit more stone and a bit less stucco.

Agreed. I would also suggest the use of Granite and Marble for Miami’s buildings.

Limestone in the CBD would be great

I believe granite weathers better than either marble or limestone.

Less boxes and more articulation, crowns and spires, too.

This is incredible! I moved to Boston from Miami in 2017 to attend undergrad, and in those five years (2017-2021), Miami has transformed at a rate that has left me so proud to be a native Miamian.

I can’t wait to see this area built out and operating! The density with all the new commercial and retail will be phenomenal! Add in game time at the arena and we have a true live work play.

It is indeed moving slowly but nonetheless, I truly love this project. Love the brick layout and the location is wonderful.

I hope that we can replicate what downtown Orlando does with its railroad through downtown, and add landscaping instead of leaving it as a dark, weed/bush ridden alley

It’s actually pretty cool.. It’s called “Gertrude’s Walk,” and it’s a pedestrian walkway with landscaping and storefronts along the railroad
