The Astor Companies held a ground breaking ceremony for a 320-unit condo project called InTown.
Developers are marketing the project as being located in ‘West of Brickell.’ The project site is located about 2.5 miles west of Brickell City Centre (further west than Marlins Park) at 1900 S.W. 8th Street. A Presidente Supermarket is located across the street.
Prices range from just below $200,000 to above $300,000. Last July, Astor founder Peter Torres told the Herald that the first phase of the project was 50% sold, with many buyers coming from Venezuela.
InTown will cost $95 million to build, and will include a 518-space parking garage. Behar Font & Partners is the architect.
