Sales are underway at a project called 26 Edgewater, and construction could begin as soon as next month.
Stripey Developments is planning to build the 10-story condo building at 321 N.E. 26th Street, according to the SFBJ.
Units will be small and inexpensive. One bedroom apartments will be sized at just 560 square feet and start at $270,000. Two bedroom units will range in size from 810 to 980 square feet, with prices averaging $340,000. In total, there will be 86 units.
Stripey is managed by by Carlos Mezzo and Alejandro Goldemberg. The architect is Modis Architects.
