An application for a construction permit to build 600 Miami Worldcenter has been submitted to Miami’s Building Department.
The filing was made on June 26.
According to the permit filing, a total 606 condo units are being built.
There will also be 3,750 square feet of retail and 1,261 square feet of office, the filing states.
Hard construction cost is estimated at $150 million, according to the filing.
Beauchamp Construction Co. is listed as the contractor.
A company with a contact address at Aria Development Group is listed as the owner.
The 32-story tower is planned to allow for short term rentals.
