I know it’s beating a dead horse but the intersection of Biscayne and 195 is a critical choke-point.

Really nice design, and will fit well into the Design District.. I’m glad to see all the re-development on Biscayne.

Very nice project, but developers, please building something on N Miami Avenue, the western edge of the Design District is completely dead except for Harry’s and the one new Mediterranean style building.

developers would LOVE to build on n miami ave but zoning prohibits it currently…but im sure there is movement to change it…you will see rapid development should that happen.

I’m not a fan of the zig-zag balconies, and the building is too utilitarian. It would be wonderful in West Brickell, but not between Bay Point and the Design District. We need a grand tower serving as a gateway to the latter between NE 38th and 39th Streets in the rounded block.

Man what a lump of crud. I can’t believe it’s 2017 and they’re building the same yawn-inducing white-stucco blue-glass random-framey trash with mountains of parking as they did in 2002. Anything is better than the monstrosity they built on 25th and Biscayne tho. That’s a crime.
