A 29-story apartment tower called Uni has commenced construction.
Foundation equipment arrived at the Uni site this week, following demolition.
According to a 2020 agreement with Miami-Dade for water and sewer utilities, Uni will include:
- 252 apartments
- 41,278 square feet of office
- 4,293 square feet of full service restaurant
- 224 parking spaces (not included in the utilities deal)
The tower will top off at 360 feet.
