A groundbreaking ceremony was held recently for phase 3 of the twin-tower Oasis Hallandale Beach project.
Phase 1 is complete, and phase 2 is nearly complete, a press release said. Total completion is scheduled for 2026.
The project will have 1,448,000 square feet.
According to the release, the two towers will each rise 25 stories and include 500 luxury condominium units. Prices will range from $580,000 to $3.5 million.
There will also be office spaces and dining options, creating a “live, work, play” destination for residents and visitors.
MGM Construction Group is the contractor, with Arquitectonica the architect.
Attendees at the April 6 groundbreaking ceremony included Marcel Fernandez, President of MGM Construction Group; Maria Alejandra Fermin, Vice President of MGM Construction Group; Steve Geller, commissioner for District 5 of Broward County; Bernardo Fort Brescia, Founder of Arquitectonica, and representatives from Domus Aurea Interiors, the interior designer behind the project.
