Contractor Pours Third Level For 100% Sold 606-Unit Worldcenter Tower

Construction at the 600 Miami Worldcenter tower has reached level 3, according to contractor Beauchamp Construction.

In a social media post, the contractor posted an image of what it said was pour 1 of the third level of the building.

The third level pour comes around nine months after a mid-March groundbreaking ceremony for the tower.

Eventually, the tower will top off at 32 stories.

It will include 606 residential units, delivered finished and furnished, and allowing flexible rentals.

There will also be a 4,500 square foot full service restaurant.

A parking garage is not being built.

The residential units are 100% sold out.

Completion is planned in 2026.

Beautiful tower. It literally has more street presence than 90% of the buildings in Brickell

It resembles Luis Revuelta’s NeoVertika circa 2004.

That enormous 70’ tall parking garage proposed in Overtown that the clueless UDRB loved should take note

Park West is turning into an amazing neighborhood. I walked by it last night and there were so many people around, and the area is starting to look really nice.

Twin sister to the Crosy with identical amenities and no onsite parking…..just $150k more per unit.

Except the Crosby is a nicer building. This looks like something Melo would build (identical to Art Plaza).

Art Plaza wishes it had this much glass, no parking podium, and beautiful metal columns.

B.S. The Crapsby is an Airbnb box with cheap and nasty undulating balconies.

Well at least it blocks the Crosby from view with Freedom Tower. Still, a solid filler and nothing more. A classical supertall should be behind Freedom Tower, like a Ritz Carlton Residences by Robert A.M. Stern as a complement to the Waldorf-Astoria Residences.

Why all the comparison between Crosby and 600 mwc?

Both built by same company, just 2 years difference. Crosby introduced 2021 at $200k leas.

of course

buy a condo when it first comes open (pre-build) and after the building opens, you sell for $100-300K more than you paid. not bad.

A 2B2B precon 3 years ago was $650k in Park West. Now looking at $900k +.

Park West is shaping up to be great spot to stay, dine and play. Transit coming and short walk to arena.

What is happening to Miami is a shame. Keep building buildings that Miamian”s cannot afford. Keep adding traffic that is already impossible. Investor”s have taken over the City. When they finish making $$$$ they will leave to the next project and leave the City in a complete overpopulated, overpriced mess. Of course, in the name of progress. City, County, and State politicians have allowed this. SHAMEFUL!
