Loved this tower. Can’t wait for the brick work to go up. Will bring a lot of character to the building and area

I think you’re right unfortunately…I drove past yesterday afternoon and it looked like they were starting to stucco the podium…I was driving so possible that I’m wrong, but thats what it looked like to me.

Stamped bricked it is, with some texture, but definitely fake

Fake or real, it’s the look we care about and it will look like bricks. People are never happy. Jeeez

it makes a difference. And it does not make me unhappy. Fake bricks are not bricks, it’s a simulated look of a material. Is it the same a fake Panerai than a real Panerai?

And what’s the difference in the day to day lives of anyone? It will look like bricks anyways and no one will ever know the difference.

Does Miami have an Opera House?

No, there’s hardly any culture in this city.

lol there’s a lot of culture but apparently you are the uncultured one because you don’t even know that we do have a great opera house but you would probably confuse it with the building😂

Curious whether the food hall/a collection of restaurants is still in the cards.

Was it a food hall or a new Bodega

The “Welcome to Miami Worldcenter” ad/mural sums up by disappointment with this development.

I guess you want downtown Miami to stay a sh*thole.
