601 Miami (formerly Natiivo) is done with its construction crane, according to photos taken today by Ryan RC Rea.
The tower topped off in November 2022 at 51 stories, or 588 feet.
601 Miami is planned to include:
- 448 residential condos
- 125,000 square feet of office.
- 240-room hotel, Gale Port Miami
- 20,000 square feet of event space
- ground floor restaurant and market space
