Crescent Heights Launches Website For 500-Unit ‘Made In South Beach’ Project

Crescent Heights has a name for their rental project planned at 600 Alton Road: Made In South Beach.

The development is proposed to include nearly 500 units, along with 60,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor retail space.

A fence was recently installed at the site, but construction permits for the new buildings have not yet been applied for.

From their website:

600 Alton Road is the first residential and commercial project seen when entering Miami Beach. Its intimate residences and beautiful interior spaces make it the perfect place to both live and play. The entire ground floor is 60,000 SF of beautifully landscaped indoor and outdoor retail spaces. 600 Alton will be loved by retailers, residents and visitors alike.

BEAUTIFUL!

I was happy to see the fence go up a few days ago, these lots have been an eyesore for so long. As a neighbor across the street from this project I sincerely hope nothing prevents it from becoming a reality as soon as possible.

Beautiful, timeless design, and great scale for the neighborhood. Let’s hope it’s not just fluff, like the past attempts to develop this site.

Very nice.

Gorgeous project. This even more of a reason why city leadership should be escalating the planning/construction of rail across the bay to absorb the increase in density/traffic on both sides. The traffic is going to be epic.

Oh well. Would have been perfect place for train station across the bay.

Looks dreadful, like a housing project with some pools on the roofs, zero creativity , maximum density, project name is awful too, should fire the architects and marketing company.
