Crescent Heights Working To Replat Edgewater Property Near Paraiso Bay

Crescent Heights has been working on plans to redevelop The Village, a rehab facility in Edgewater.

Representatives of Ch Acquisitions 2, LLC met with city officials recently about vacating an alley at 3055 Northeast 4th Terrace and replatting the property, according to city records.

Last year, developer Russell Galbut said that Crescent Heights was in contract to purchase several properties from The Village, including one at 3180 Biscayne Boulevard. The deal was supposed to close within months, following approvals from the city and county, and allow the rehab facility three years to move.

The developer was said to be planning a community with “a little bit of everything” as part of a Special Area Plan.

Good riddance! Now if only somebody would get rid of that house from the 1940s at 503 Northeast 27th Street, which ten years ago was a gay whorehouse operated by Liddle Marco’s ex-lover.
