A demolition date has been set for the Deauville Hotel in Miami Beach.
The high-rise hotel is planned to be demolished by an implosion, with support columns for the building planned to be taken out in just seconds.
The implosion is scheduled for Sunday, November 13 at 8 AM, with road closures planned around the site from 7:30 AM until 10:30 AM.
Asbestos and other debris has been cleared from inside the structure to allow for the implosion.
The Deauville is perhaps most famous for hosting the Beatles once in the 1960s.
Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross is planning to replace the hotel with two towers designed by architect Frank Gehry, with luxury hotel and condo units.
