Another great addition to South Beach! Sunset harbour neighborhood is the best

Wonderful addition to the neighborhood. It about time that they tear down that run down animal hospital building and ugly Giant Motors auto repair shop. The land has been under utilized for years. Far from highest and best use. Its a great location with a great view.

I could totally see this being a corporate office for a technology start up. I’m telling you.

The sunset area of South Beach will be the office tech hub of South Beach. Perfectly placed near Lincoln Mall with great food and shopping options plus the beach right there.

Huh? Lol

South Beach is trash. The only people setting up offices in Miami Beach are Northeasterners who don’t know any better. Locals are not exactly rushing to move their businesses across the bay.

Extend Metrorail to SoBe, and you won’t need a floor of parking.

There is a plan to extend Metro Mover to South Beach and its being paid for by a private company. About time.

It’s not a metromover extension, but a monorail system completely different. (Metromover should be extended not a brand new separate system)

It looks like it neither metro mover or motro rail but will be a seperate mono rail system. Check the article below:

Amazing! Don’t these developers know that without the MetroMover their projects will fail?!?!
Name one…just one building that has EVER been built on South Beach without the Metromover going there!?

This 15,000 sq PH residence (with 15,000 sq ft of outdoor space) will not sell to anyone if the owner can’t get on the MetroMover to get to his classes at Miami Dade College…these Developers have no clue.

Don’t know what you said here, but I do know it was a mess.

I don’t think the developer is worried about metro rail line to south beach although it will be nice to ease traffic congestion. This prime location will make a nice addition to red hot Sunset Harbour. Can’t wait to eat at some delicious new restaurants.
