  • Sweetbird South Residences, a 70-unit, 14-story condo building designed by Studio Gang
  • Museum Garage, part of 1,200 new parking spaces coming to the area
  • Paradise Plaza, a retail building designed by Johnston Marklee that will anchor an art-filled plaza
  • The Institute of Contemporary Art, designed by Aranguren & Gallegos (funded by private donations, with land donated by Design District Associates)
