Developer Announces Plans For 111-Unit Visions At Brickell Station

Plans for a new condo-hotel have just been revealed in Brickell.

Urban Network Capital Group said in a press release yesterday that it had acquired three parcels located at 1120, 1130 and 1136 SW 3rd Avenue in Miami for a combined $8.5M.

The developer plans an 8-story condo-hotel called Visions at Brickell Station with 111 units.

Unit sizes will range from 321 square feet studios to 539-square-foot one-bedroom units, with prices from $299,448 to $501,960.

Short term rentals will be permitted, with an option for a professionally managed hotel program.

Another similar project by the developer, Visions Orlando Spa & Resort with 453 units, is nearly sold out, the release said. Groundbreaking is said to be imminent.

Peru’s V&V Investments is an investor in the project, along with other private investors.

DTI Architects is the architect.

Simple, contemporary design. Good for continuing to flesh out the western half of Brickell!

The Brickell Station area in Brickell is being developed really nicely with projects like this and mega tall One Southside Park nearby. Can’t wait to for more retail, sculpture art, and restaurants to follow. Brickell will be exceptionally more walkable soon.

Love that this part of Brickell is filling up with luxury boutique condos. Residents and visitors will have more options in Brickell soon, whether it’s high-rise or boutique living, all a short walk away.

With limited condos in this peaceful private high end enclave in Brickell, and limited supply, I imagine this will sell fast and add more pedestrian activity to connect Brickell to upscale Coral Way

Good height and density transitioning from the western half of Brickell to old Southside and The Roads.

Hope those umbrellas have dining tables below. This would be the perfect spot to meet for coffee, brunch or a health juice.

Seems like a lot historically, but not compared to comparable areas around the country. Studio condos in NYC close to the financial district go for 500k upward of a million dollars. This is one of the only parts of FL that offer the NYC walk-to-everything lifestyle. Plus these are luxuriously designed and brand new!

Real estate is LOCAL Danny—none of that jive matters–and $1000/sq ft on sw 3 ave is crazy money

People will pay more to be on private quieter blocks within Brickell. Less supply and will be more demand. Also it won’t be built until 2 years from now. The prices doubled here in last two years.

you don’t actually believe prices will double again in the next 2 years, right?

You don’t actually believe construction will outpace the demand do you?

This is highest ground in Brickell and in my opinion most livable area fulltime.

If you can afford $1,600 per square foot at Ora only a few blocks away, go for it. This is a bargain for Brickell, and some may like the easy access in and out more.

Stop calling it an NYC lifestyle. Miami has more in common with Tampa or Houston than it does NYC.

This is right by the new Perricone’s! Great location. The old location on Miami Ave helped get that avenue poppin.

a nice addition backing up against 95, but a $300K 320 sq ft studio oooof

I find this part of 95 to be quoted than Brickell and Miami avenues, plus there a lot of one way streets with very little traffic. It’s ultimate private luxury exclusive living all within busy and energized Brickell.

Did anyone else notice that every single post in this thread has been posted by the same annoying West Brickell resident that likes to spam everything that is posted in TNM… dude, get a life. Posting 20 comments under 20 different names and multi-liking each one of your posts 100x… really? Get a lifeeeee (he’s about to downvote me in 3-2-1 with his million browsers 😂)

Another crazy project far away from reality.. In the meantime most people is struggling to pay his rent in Miami and “Brickell” too. I just wonder who can pay those prices when the median salary in Miami metro area is $15 /hr for the regular people, just wondering if most people will end subleasing their living rooms and closets.. lol
