Developer Gets Utilities For 59-Story Two Riverside In Brickell

The developer planning the Two Riverside residential tower in Brickell has signed an agreement for Miami-Dade to supply water and sewer to the new project.

Two Riverside is planned as Phase B of a complex that is already under construction.

According to the agreement recorded November 13, Phase A (which includes Lofty Residences) is planned to include:

  • 782 residential units
  • 11,364 square feet of full service restaurant
  • 13,928 square feet of office

Phase B is planned to include:

  • 169 residential units
  • 1,136 square feet of full service restaurant

Harvey Hernandez signed the agreement on behalf of developing entity 99SW7 Holdings LLC.

The project is scheduled for a UDRB hearing on November 15.

Does this property run all the way to the S Miami bridge? Or is there another parcel in between? Asking because im curious to know if this will connect the riverwalk to other side of the S miami Brdige underpass.

This project does not go to the bridge. There is another narrower lot between this project and the bridge. Brickell Edge condominiums were once planned , but it was not able to attract buyers. It would be great if that lot were to be developed as a linear park. It is about 50 by 200.
