Miami’s most expensive acre will have a condo tower with slightly more units than previously planned.
The developer of the “lighthouse tower” at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way signed a deal last month with Miami-Dade to obtain water and sewer for 390 residential units and 1,500 square feet of retail. That is up from the 384 units listed on plans filed with the city earlier this year.
The documents also reveal that Argentina’s Coto family is personally overseeing development of the project. German Coto signed the utility paperwork on August 19. Greenberg Traurig attorney Iris Escarra notarized the forms.
