Once the city has better buildings with articulation, crowns and spires that aren’t Arquitectonica, Kobi Karp, and Zyscovich boxes.

I’m dying for some transportation news atp, Metrorail/mover are in desperate need of attention and funding it honestly feels like the city, county, and state completely overlook them.

Builders or flippers?

flippers. Never heard of these guys before. Probably some small timers building single family housing out on Long Island with the occasional short term pay like this.

short term *play. Also, just looked them up. They have a profile on Bloomberg that lists them as “financial services” and “asset managers” Definitely not builders. The other company, First Quality, has nothing to do with real estate.

It’s not all about development acumen, it’s about the money they can put in the game also.

It appears they are paying literally for the plans to be approved, project locked, loaded, and they can select the contractor and figure out the rest.

I had to read that twice to make sure it didn’t say, “Burger flippers.”
