Developer Plans 303 Residential Units On Former Hilton Site In Pompano Beach

Developer Dev Motwani is moving through the entitlement process for a 303-unit residential project on the six-acre Ramada Inn Pompano Beach site, a portion of which is oceanfront.

In 2007, a developer bought the property for $19.9 million with plans to build a 264-room full service Hilton resort, along with a second, 317-room hotel with a 28-slip marina. Those plans were cancelled due to the recession.

In 2011, Motwani acquired the site for $11.5 million.

The property sits on both sides of South Ocean Boulevard, just below SE 13th Street. It is subject to a 105-foot height limit.
