Developers Ink Utilities Deal For 65-Story E11EVEN Residences Beyond

The developers of E11EVEN Residences Beyond have signed a utilities agreement for the under-construction 65-story tower.

According to the September 22 agreement, the project will include:

  • 558 residential units
  • 7,119 square feet of bar/cocktail lounge/nightclub
  • 21,611 square feet of retail

In June, the developer broke ground on the project after securing a $262 million construction loan. At the time, over 80 percent of the building had been sold.

Another 65-story tower called E11EVEN Hotel & Residences is also now rising down the block.

The need to demolish a building first

Downtown is truly growing into a major city’s downtown, which is always the best place to be.

Not in South Florida—the beach is the best place to be.

yeah who would want immediate access to the regions #1 attraction when you can live in the inland concrete jungle and swelter

Anonymous

Swelter? There’s an incredible constant breeze throughout Brickell given its geography. Lots of canopies and waterfront.

Except in March and April.

How often does one need to immediately be at the beach unless their on vacation? Lmao

All the time when it’s 90 and humid which is most the time. LMAO at you when you’re driving around in circles trying to find a place to park for $20 when you could live there and walk instead

The beach is the beach and the city is the city. Both offer something completely different and not mutually exclusive. Plus I was speaking of Miami and not Miami Beach, which is a completely different city.

Brickell and the surrounding downtown areas in Miami are the prime locations to be. While the beach in Miami is akin to Coney Island, it’s great for a bustling crowd. However, if you’re relocating for a beach-centric lifestyle, there are far more cost-effective options than Miami Beach. People are flocking to Miami for the opportunities it offers and its urban lifestyle, with convenient access to beach destinations and an improved quality of life.

The beach is the place to be, get with it.

New Yorkers moving down to Miami are not moving to Brickell. They’re moving to the Grove and the Beach.

Well, one thing both fans of Miami Beach & Brickell can agree on: Coconut Grove is the worst of both worlds. Insane commute times to get anywhere interesting

commute to brickell from coconut grove is 15 minutes – even better if your office is in the grove

When the irrigation for both the island and mainland is resolved then all the chimchiggering mud dung beetles that are frightened by flooding can debate.

Better Florida Flood Irrigation for real improvement and real answers to opinions!

Yeah like why can’t we properly irrigate like all the other cities in Florida? We have the water 😝

No this is in the Arts & Entertainment district… and hopefully this will bring both art and entertainment to the Club Space district.

No, the A&E District is the other side of I-395.

Probably the club will move under one of the towers and one more tower will come up where the club is now. Can’t wait!!

Space is in between the 2 towers so this is unlikely

Anon

Highly unlikely, as there appears to be a bridge connecting the two buildings in the renderings – and construction an additional tower in between would mean an insanely close lateral distance between the buildings. If anything I believe they will construct a retail space or passeo there, as the developer hinted at creating a “New Orleans” style atmosphere on the street.

I meant the club E11even not Space

I don’t know if it’s strictly for promotional purposes or if it’s an actual architectural/design concept, but as a unapologetic bibliophile, the prominence of books in the renderings sets my heart a flutter 🙂

Especially in a tower slash club..,

Didn’t realize there was going to be club within the building. Still the books add a great deal to the overall aesthetic
