Diesel Wynwood Gets Utilities For 159 Apartments, Activates Permit

The owner of the property where the Diesel Living condos are planned in Wynwood has completed a utilities deal supplying water and sewer to the new project.

According to the April 12 agreement, the project will include:

  • 159 apartments
  • 17,415 square feet of retail

A construction permit to begin building the project was also activated yesterday, although still isn’t fully approved.

Records show that the construction permit was applied for in December 2020.

The request to re-activate the permit was submitted yesterday, with a note stating: “we are ready to re-submit.”

A website describes the project as the first Diesel building in the world. Zyscovich is the architect.

I’ve seen the plans to this, it has some cool 3 story units with jacuzzies and cabanas on the roof…

So excited to see this project moving forward. It will be a great addition to Wynwood. I wonder what’s the timeline on the other lots not too far away in Wynwood?

I want to buy a nice new condo in Wynwood but it’s all rental buildings. Is this going to be a condo?

Make sure the Green New Deal alarmists knows “Diesel” is not the fossil fuel, rather their beloved skinny jeans made in China from a factory that turned a river blue.

Bunch of 38 year old babies with ten year old Prius’. Imagine dropping a 6.6L Duramax into a Prius and the valet parking it right in front of _________?
