Dolce & Gabbana Planning Major Residential Project In Miami

Dolce & Gabbana announced plans recently for a “large-scale operation” in Miami’s real estate market.

Miami will see a “major residential project,” Dolce & Gabbana said in a social media post. An exact project location was not revealed.

The company is partnering with JDS Development Group, according to the announcement.

JDS is building the massive 1 Southside Park in Brickell, designed by SHoP Architects, where construction is already underway. In addition, the company has been moving through the planning process for a supertall tower at 888 Brickell Avenue.

Would be smart if they put the store at one Southside where more foot traffic AND design the interiors of the condo nearby, larger broader Brickell foot print.

It’s 888 in Brickell – They are branding it as D&G.

Having executive level experience with global fashion house, I can say One Southside Park is perfect prime central spot in Brickell for D&G on the park – close to all the lifestyle fitness and resort in the bldg ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Are rich people in Miami so insecure that they need their apartment to have a brand name on it? It is silly beyond belief. You don’t need “Gucci” on the Dakota in New York. Why? Because they know you can’t buy class with a pair of double Gs….like everyone in this town seems to think they can…

I hope they do it in Coconut Grove. The density must expand!

Too early to expand when it isn’t still dense in the core

Yeah, more concrete canyons, like Brickell and downtown. Leave the green trees, birds, low noise density as it is
