Domestic Flights Leaving Miami Area Sold Out Today

If you are looking for a domestic flight out of the Miami area, you won’t easily find one today or tomorrow.

As of 5 AM this morning, a search of online travel agencies turned up zero availability on any domestic flight to major cities such as New York, Chicago, Atlanta or Los Angeles, even with a stopover.

Seats to Europe were also difficult to find. No nonstop availability remained to Paris, and just a few seats remained to London and Madrid at a cost of several thousand dollars (connecting flights were available cheaper, but with added uncertainty).

The best option appeared to be Latin America. Jetblue had availability at 7AM to Mexico City for just over $100, and flights to South American cities seemed at or near regular pricing.

What a humble, confident, and secure dude to be looking for ‘likes’ on instagram at a time like this.

Stop bein so dramatics. Hurricanes are part of South Florida life. It is tough, but why not laugh a bit if you can. Go get depressed in your dark shelter if you want…

I didn’t say there is anything wrong with having a laugh. I was just pointing out how tasteful and humble it is to use this as an opportunity to flaunt your (dad’s) wealth.
