E11even Hotel & Residences will be built at the maximum permitted height in Park West, according to a newly filed application with the Federal Aviation Administration.
The 65-story tower is proposed to rise 699 feet above ground, or 709 feet above sea level, the February 23 filing states.
Two towers in the Park West area were recently built at exactly the same height above sea level – One Thousand Museum, and Paramount Miami Worldcenter, both of which are 709 feet.
However, One Thousand Museum is 706 feet above ground, since the property it sits on is at a lower point above sea level.
Paramount is 699 feet above ground.
The 709-foot above seal level limit in Park West is in place due to the angle and location of Miami International Airport’s runways nearby.
E11even will include 375 fully finished and furnished condo-hotel units.
It will be modeled after upscale Las Vegas resorts, with a 20,000-square-foot day club, a Vegas-style sports lounge, gourmet food hall, a pool with a performance stage, a music studio, a spa by Deepak Chopra, a rooftop restaurant and bar, and VIP access to the E11even club.
Construction will begin in late summer 2021. Sales are now underway.
