Echo Brickell Now 53% Complete, New Floor Poured Every 5 Days

Developer PMG announced today that they are ahead of construction schedule on four projects in the Miami area:

  • Echo Brickell (180 condos) is approximately 53 percent complete. The shell construction is currently being framed, and the tower floors are being poured on a five-day cycle. Furthermore, the pool deck was poured in mid-May and within the year will begin hard hat construction tours of this breathtaking amenity deck. In addition, the trades are following behind the shell construction by three to four floors and plumbing and masonry are advancing rapidly. A model unit is currently being constructed to preview all the finished details of a typical unit.
  • Muse in Sunny Isles (68 condos) co-developed with S2 Development, is in the process of forming the upper levels of the garage and the east units. Windows and sliding glass door frames have been installed at the tower and interior unit framing is progressing. Exterior stucco at unit balconies is set to start this month.
  • 300 Biscayne (464 rentals) broke ground in June. The layout of the development is complete, and the developers have started the construction pour. Furthermore, trees have been removed from the property, rebar is being tied and crane set up is almost complete.
  • Sage Beach (24 condos) commenced the closing of units at the south tower in June, and the Temporary Certificate of Occupancy for the north tower is anticipated by the end of July. Adjacent roadway improvements along Iris Terrace are planned to be complete in the month of July as well.

PMG should develop everything here. Love them. ?

It’s a beautiful addition to our skyline, we can see it from our office getting higher everyday. Can’t wait for the model to be open so we can take clients to see it.

The 4 seasons tower is still the best looking building in all of Miami after all these years. How about that.

Miami Tower says hello.

Oh yeah I forgot about that one.

Southeast Financial is pretty dope too

The original Wells Fargo (what used to be Wachovia) building is the best one on the city skyline and it was completed in 1984. Still the tallest in the CBD too. How far it seems like we have come (sarcasm).

Hands down Miami Tower – timeless design

Tbh, when finished the Echo Brickell tower will be the best looking building in all of downtown. Such a slick and tall design.

Have you seen that World Trade Center of the Americas building in the making? She’s silver glass gorgeous and 77 floors.

Word Trade Center is a project… Echo is half built already. But yeah it does look amazing.

That’s Brickell, not downtown Miami. They are two separate entities.

Brickell can be considered downtown. Downtown can’t be considered Brickell. And anonymous above is right. The Echo is the sexiest building being built in all of Brickell/Downtown.

Absolutely, great design all around, high quality materials, no cheap painted stucco…it set a standard that nothing else has met.

What a great looking building. Miami should really embrace more projects like this from PMG. Is there any chance that Skidmore, Owings & Merrill will be doing more projects in Downtown Miami? I believe they designed the southeast financial tower way back in the 1980s.

I heard it’s going to have a massive shark tank in the lobby.

No more because PETA got involved

Of course PETA got involved.
