Elysee is one step closer to beginning construction.
Miami’s Office of Zoning granted approval this week for the project, which required waivers from the Miami 21 zoning code. The approval process took more than seven months, with the application first submitted in July 2015.
The 60-story tower is set to include 100 units. A robotic parking garage is also planned with 229 spaces.
Developer 700 Miami Partners LLC closed on the purchase of the property in December 2015 for $22 million.
