Estates At Acqualina’s 646-Foot South Tower Reaches Completion In Sunny Isles, Closings Underway

The 50-story south tower at Estates at Acqualina in Sunny Isles has been issued a TCO by building officials, and buyers are now taking possession of their new condos, according to the developer’s Instagram account.

Closing at the 154-unit condo tower began yesterday.

The south tower topped of at 646 feet above ground, exactly matching the height of the tallest towers existing in Sunny Isles.

The north tower at Estates at Acqualina is nearing completion and also 50 stories. That tower is taller than any other in Sunny Isles, with a height of 667 feet above ground.

The north tower will have 91 units.

Combined, the two towers have a sellout value of $1.8 billion, and will add a huge amount of taxable value to city and county tax rolls.

The Trump Group (with no relation to the former President) is the developer.
