Arte will offer a level of luxury and comfort that can only be found in a few buildings worldwide.”
The is the first U.S. project for architect Citterio, who is known for designing the BVLGARI Hotels in Dubai, London, Milan and Bali as well as the Mandarin Oriental in Milan.
Inspired by Miami’s 1930’s modern architectural heritage, the building’s contemporary exterior is articulated by a series of expansive terraces, which are clad in Italian travertine accented by expansive windows that are framed in rich bronze.
Kobi Karp is the architect of record, while Enzo Enea is the landscape architect.
