These types of buildings might not be pretty, but they help alleviate the housing crisis and drive down rent prices.

Idk, I think the building is pretty enough. High glazing ratio, wood, nice proportions, pretty enough for me!

Exactly, no irregular windows and balconies to look “edgy,” or a “bald spot” covered by some loud mural to conceal the parking garage. A solid building from Kobi Karp for once…

Kobi Karp is often producing nice designs. It’s arquitetonica that we’re waiting on to produce something decent

If we want pretty buildings they need to be able to be built with only a single staircase.

Since when? And for who? Miami always has development going on and our rent is through the roof… are you working for them?

It’s the simple law of supply and demand. More supply = lower prices. That is, unless the demand rises too, then they stay the same, instead of rising.

What, does it need? Jailhouse windows, a giant tribal tattoo down it, and clusterf**k mural by a “local artist?”

I am so tired of this “wood” that seems to adorn every building now. Some of it is done well. When it’s done poorly it looks like floor tile. This is an example of the latter

Really? I find it a welcome change over assorted sheet metal and gunmetal grey paneling.

You’re right… thought it was orange paint at first glance.

Didn’t they decide to call this something else. I for the name but it happened or was proposed when they talked about rezoning the area with more density but keeping a neighborhood vibe
