FAA Approves Brickell Heights, Melody And Park Grove

The FAA issued a positive determination this week for three projects in Miami, allowing construction to move forward:

  • Brickell Heights, (already under construction). Two towers, with the tallest reaching a height of 570 feet above ground level
  • Melody, (already under construction) a 497-unit rental project by Melo Group next to the Arsht Center. The highest point of the building will be 467 feet above ground level, or 477 feet above sea level
  • Park Grove, A three-tower project designed by Rem Koolhaas at the former Coconut Grove Bank site located at 2701 S Bayshore Drive. Height of the tallest tower will reach 304 feet above ground level
