A permanent height filing was submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration last week for a tower in Brickell.
The November 2 filing is for a site where a 39-story residential tower called Menesse is planned.
According to the filing, the tower is planned to top off at 426 feet above ground, or 439 feet above sea level. That is identical in height to a filing made with Miami-Dade planners for the Menesse property.
The earlier filing with Miami-Dade shows Menesse is planned to include:
- 400 residential units
- 415 parking spaces
