FAA Filing Submitted For 426-Foot Tower At Menesse Brickell Site

A permanent height filing was submitted to the Federal Aviation Administration last week for a tower in Brickell.

The November 2 filing is for a site where a 39-story residential tower called Menesse is planned.

According to the filing, the tower is planned to top off at 426 feet above ground, or 439 feet above sea level. That is identical in height to a filing made with Miami-Dade planners for the Menesse property.

The earlier filing with Miami-Dade shows Menesse is planned to include:

  • 400 residential units
  • 415 parking spaces

The amenities and views are going to be out of this world 🤩

Glad this part of Brickell is getting a face lift. It’s a few short blocks to the new river walk and Brickell City Centre.

Beautiful! Wish I could buy more condos here. There’s so much new development in this part of Brickell.

This is going to be a hot new block in Brickell!

It’s OK I guess – just another box. NEXT

For ‘west’ Brickell this isn’t bad. It’s just as far west as Latitude on the River which is only 400′ and is only surpassed by the new river development’s westernmost 600 footers.

Sorry – not accepting that excuse anymore when Overtown is now getting 100% glass luxury towers – step it up, Roosterville!

Huh, there’s no roosters here and tons in Overtown. And I haven’t seen any glass luxury towers in Overtown… this is fake. People are getting desperate 🙄

You said “towers” (plural), and that’s southeast of Overtown in the new Downtown Metro Center and walkable from here. Also, remember there is an all glass 699-foot landmark going up here in Brickell next door to Menesse.

The Hub is a sad box.

Boo hoo

Sad for you because they can afford glass and these recent proposals for some reason can’t.

No retail!?!?!? How is this even allowed. There’s not enough supermarkets to acomodate everyone in Brickell

We want a Whole Foods or Trader Joe’s here, some book stores, dry cleaning, West Elm, boutique clothing stores, and and some intimate bistros and wine bars.

I think there’s a new Whole Foods coming to 3rd Ave in Brickell. Check it out on Google Maps. Great walkable spot in Brickell and accesible for people to drive to from the Roads and Viscaya enclaves, plus lots of visibility.

It’s clearly an error if you actually look at the street view…would be nice though

And a cute bike repair and retail shop, being right next to the Underline and river walk trails.

Wow a fire pit!? I’ve never seen that on a rooftop

Really?

You should get out more.

Most buildings don’t allow a charcoal grill on a balcony, but you think fire pots on rooftops are commonplace WHY?

Hideous. Not even any retail or commercial portion.

Commercial space shouldn’t just be a right in this area. It should be a requirement for being able to add so much density.

The plans filed with the county included 4.3k sqft of retail

Can TNM please update us about the 4.3k of retail? I would handsomely support more retail hubs here and curious to know.

I echo the comments here that this is a hideous building. Should require a complete redesign or be killed. This is Miami and we should have beautiful buildings!

This is one of those building that has giant red “For Rent Call *******” on the side of the building a month after going up.

What? The one on Biscayne next to future Waldorf site has a sign like that. They won’t need a sign here.
