First Crane Installed At Construction Site Of 65-Story E11EVEN Hotel & Residences

The first tower crane has just been installed at the E11EVEN Hotel & Residences construction site – and it is right on schedule with plans filed with the FAA earlier this year.

According to a January FAA filing, the crane is planned to be in place beginning May 3, and will eventually reach a height of 750 feet above ground, or 761 feet above sea level.

E11EVEN Hotel & Residences is being built directly across the street from the 24-hour nightclub in Park West sharing the same name.

The tower will have 416 residences, 36,852 square feet of commercial space, 2,049 square feet of office space, and four floors of parking garage.

The E11EVEN Hotel & Residences tower will rise 65 stories, at a height of 698 feet above ground, or 709 feet above sea level.

Hopefully future residents know that thousands and thousands of 20 and 30 year olds will be Drunk, High off weed, cocaine and ecstasy on a weekly basis, at all hours of the day, leaving the club dazed and confused about where they are at 10 am in the morning.
