First Glass Installed At Quickly-Rising 40-Story Tower, Top Off Expected In July

Downtown Miami’s 501 First tower has had its first glass installed (possibly as a test), new photos by Phillip Pessar show.

The shell off the tower is now about 15 floors out of the ground.

Last month, the developer and in-house broker Oneworld Properties wrote on Instagram that a new slab was being poured on average every four days.

Top off is on track for July 2024, and TCO is on track for October 2025, the post said.

The 40-story tower is unusual in that it is being built without a parking garage.

It will include 448 residential condos allowing short-term rental, along with 3,198 square feet of retail.
