The project will rise 29 stories, or 304 feet and include:
- 465 rental apartments (163 workforce/affordable, 302 market-rate)
- 2,240 square feet of office space
- 2,338 square feet of retail
- 529 parking spaces in an 11-story garage (70 reserved for the school next door)
Affordable apartment rents will start at $750 per month for a studio, while market rate apartments will top out at $3,950 per month for a three-bedroom unit.
Completion is scheduled for Spring 2025.
